Task Force Presentation

I presented before a UCLA Task Force meeting to discuss my findings about Caregiver Students and my goal was to implore stakeholders to help distribute my UCLA Caregiver Student survey.

After establishing the Caregiver Student Initiative, my next goal was to obtain approval for researching UCLA Caregivers. Due to the sensitive nature of students' personal data, I needed clearance from a sponsor to proceed with my research. This requirement meant that I had to collaborate either with a professor or within a student staff affiliation.

After several attempts to find an appropriate affiliation, the Director of the Bruin Resource Center promoted me to the position of Caregiver Student Specialist. This promotion not only recognized my dedication to the initiative but also granted me the opportunity to conduct research in collaboration with UCLA's Student Affairs Information & Registration Office (SAIRO).
